Did you know....."Scientists have found that massage increases endorphins specifically "endogenous morphine" which are neurotransmitters in the brain that have pain-relieving properties similar to morphine. Other endorphins released through massage, such as beta-endorphins enhance the immune system, relieve pain, reduce stress and retard the aging process.
